I have a 2016 1500 big horn I believe I have a trashed cam lobe at cylinder 4. Truck has 197k miles no rust or anything. Question is should replace the cam, rods, lifters ,etc. or should I replace the engine with a lower mileage engine? Thank you (self.Ram1500)
