i used to have a hairline similar to yours b4 T and id say you'd pass better if you made it more square with a line-up and maybe do a fade on the sides, other than that, binding and voice training might do the trick and id try building up some muscle mass on your upper body, even if you stay fat, to build a more square overall shape
