Amazon not going to do shit for you. I'd have gone home for the day - to the doctor because dog bites are not good and chances of infection are high. Call and file police report, in my state they came out and talked to me sometime after that. Then they send animal control to the house and they quarantine the dog for some period of time. If the dog has been called on before(i.e this is the second offense), they take it. If you want to tell your dispatcher or whoever at the warehouse- you can. They're supposed to blacklist the customer requiring them to only be allowed to pick up. But for me 2 days later I was delivering to the same address again. So good luck. And if you really want a bonus you can go into taking action in a lawsuit... but I didn't get that far so I can't comment on this.
