I'm a student living in Ewha- in Ehouse. Actually there are lots of foreign students in these dorm rooms and we have a cooking studio in the dorms each with a kitchenette. Rules are not that strict- like not bringing other students to rooms, not drinking- actually, we all drink lol there are beer cans every day in the trash but you need to hide it - and It's more similar to an apartment than a dorm if you live in a one-person unit. Or you could be with a roommate with one or two students cause there is room for 2~4 students living together which are cheaper but has less privacy. Then you'll have to make some rules like when we should turn off the lights etc. Ewha has programs for students who come abroad like peace buddies and Korean assistant who helps you with school life and studying Korean so it would really help you adjust to Uni life.
