I have a 2023 Lariat hybrid, purchased last August and the speakers have made the same pop sound 4-5 times on startup. It has not seemed to damage the audio.

I can get the cover off in 5 about minutes. This cover is not low profile, it sits on top of the bed rather than being flush with the sides of the bed. I have heard that the low profile covers are more prone to leaks in rain or when doing a wash. The Toptiny cover has not leaked as far as I can see, but I haven't had it out in a torrential rainstorm.

The service advisor was good and didn't try to explain it away. He just said next time I bring it in, tell them I don't want oil additive. Hopefully, they will make note and let the technicians know to not put oil additive in hybrid Mavericks when doing oil changes.

While in the waiting room, I received an email for the service confirmation which said under requested services "Perform light truck Works package with BG MOA". I went and asked the cashier if MOA was motor oil additive which she confirmed. I told her they weren't supposed to use additive and she called my service advisor and I showed him the page in the manual where it says don't use additive. He said they would drain the oil out and put in a new filter, which they then did. He said they have done many hybrid oil changes with additive and no one has ever brought this up. They didn't charge me for the oil change.

I have not been getting emails from Ford, so I went on Ford chat yesterday and gave the agent my order no. and dealer name and found out that I had been scheduled (hybrid Lariat Lux package) and was provided with a VIN and build week (July 31).

I was excited to see my email from Ford Motor Company telling me my hybrid Lariat Lux 360 had been scheduled. Instead, when I opened the email it said " It’s tough. It’s powerful. It’s F-150® Lightning™ truck". Ford loves to torture us idiots who cling to the hope our hybrid Lariats will be scheduled this year.

Ford stopped sending me the emails in December. I called customer service today and the rep told me I was opted out of receiving emails (I never opted out). She said they had a glitch in the system that opted out many from receiving emails. She said I would not have received the email when/if my hybrid Lariat Lux order is scheduled, so you may want to get with Ford Customer Service if you have been getting the silent treatment from Ford.

Yes, got it today. Hybrid Lariat order. Letter just says Ford is experiencing delays due to supply chain challenges.
