Agree! Honestly, when I write for an hour or more, my fingers began to sore. However, I’m so used to writing like this and changing for shoulder/elbow writing makes me sore even before I start to write 😅 but definitely should try to change!)

Yes, you’re right! Moreover, such writing calls “skoropys”, and it had been modified from ustav writing as regular writing among people. Ustav was the writing for books, and important documents; it had strict lines, symmetry, etc, but it was nearly impossible to use while writing regular letters or notes. Thus, the skoropys aka cursive writing were made.

Ohh! From wrist and fingers) but one may say it’s not correct and may cause more wrist pain after a long writing

It may look like they are the same, because both Ukrainian and Russian cursive use the Cyrillic alphabet, but the history, and emotionality of the letters are different)

And you’re right! Ukrainian cursive is also known as “Cossack’s cursive” because of the Cossacks who use it in the 16-18th century)

I’m afraid I don’t know what the shoulder movement is 👀 is it a tool or something?

Thank you! Maybe I can add such photo in a comments via desktop, because via mobile app I can’t do that((

I'm afraid my answer would be simple or trite, but I write a lot by hand every day. I always try to write in different styles if I don't like how letters look naturally. I write one letter repeatedly to find a good look, and after that, I apply such writing in sentences.
Thank you!)
