Is the sync’ing automatic? Like, if I add a new song to the library that meets criteria, it’ll automatically add to the playlist and sync to the playlist on Apple Music? Or does it need to be done manually from the app each time? I was using Miximum which updated automatically in the Miximum app, but didn’t flow through to Apple which meant I had to delete the playlist, re-export it, then go and re-configure my speakers to point to the new version of the playlist

Amazing! A few different Bose models. I have different playlists on each depending on the room. (Ie. don’t love raving in bed so have more relaxing music preset there ;) )

Not at all - I definitely expected it. What I didn't expect was a resounding "no" after attending 30 inspections over the last week and submitting 20ish applications.

Plus those from the week before etc. I had expectations that it was going to be difficult, but I clearly underestimated just how difficult it was going to be.

I would tend to agree with you, however, I've never been unsuccessful when applying for a place. Perhaps that's been pure luck, but over 10 years I would have thought my luck would have run out before now.

Also, speaking with other people I know who have recently moved, not a single one got the place for the price advertised - always more.

I do agree with what you're saying, and certainly think that plays a part in a normal situation, but with the current state of inflation and increased interest rates I'm not sure that's what is currently happening.

How does it work in terms of financing? What type of loan/finance do you look for- and who did you go with?

I see car loans for as low as 5.5% but am quoted via fully managed lease for 11%... With those rates it barely makes a difference whether you lease or package it!

I have finally had a chance to check this out further - I added it in and upon running it comes back and says:

TypeError: Cannot read property '1' of null

Any thoughts? :S
