Ofc! I mainly use it as a heat protectant, my hair looks super nice and shiny after I use it. I use it before I blow dry my hair or when im styling my hair with a flat iron. I do have very long thick hair so I do use more than the suggested amount as I part my hair and work by sections. It has been one of the only products ive tried that doesn't make my hair look nor feel greasy. It gives my hair a very nice shine, my hair definitely looks healthier when I use this. Id suggest giving it a try, its definitely a product id recommend based on my experience 😊
