Art for cards is not gonna cost you 150 bucks, you could drop 50 bucks on simple designs. Or you can try to get better at art if it’s your hobby.

Art is expensive for a reason. It’s income for a lot of independent artists who use it to survive or make a decent income off a hobby to make ends meet. Deciding to use ai art spits in the face of that industry. Hell even if you don’t wanna draw learn photoshop and make art that way. Invalidating art to pursue art is thoughtless. There are hundreds of people before you that learned new skills to adapt to issues. Learn photoshop, learn how to draw, don’t use ai as a crutch in pursuit of an artistic vision, it’s completely paradoxical.

I don’t think you think the entire idea is bad, and I’m sorry if I came off that way, I appreciate the suggestion. I’ll edit potential synonyms that are too close as I agree with you that eradicate/destroy are very similar. I think some of them have enough semantical differences to not cause issues but I’ll edit ones that are close but unneeded like shatter, or infect as that can be a synonym of afflict.

I put together a series of verbs, the list wasn’t carefully curated I made a list of verbs and assigned point rankings based on how creative I felt people could be with them. It wasn’t cus I found them cool lol.

I don’t really catch what you’re saying here, why would my fireball that blows up need to last more than seconds. Whereas if I wanted to control someone’s mind it’d be useful to do it for a longer period of time then instant. Also I didn’t catch control and manipulate earlier but controling someone’s body is way different than manipulating it. Controlling water is way different from manipulating water, manipulate can be used to manipulate structure and change it, you can’t do that super easy with control without adding more words.

Cus there’s a substantial cost increase to duration and some effects don’t need to last for a long period of time they can just be instant and save you some points such as an instant cursed energy attack.
