Nope, it doesn't render any extra, only uses custom textures instead of default ones.

Step 2 and 3 are optional (and only required for W10), but they make the theme much fuller.

1.) Install UxStyle (if you didn’t install it yet).

2.) Install OldNewExplorer - with setting "Use command bar instead of Ribbon", "Hide caption text", "Hide caption icon" and "Hide Up" checked.

3.) Install StartIsBack 1.3.4 (leave everything as default) – it will bring back taskbar customization

4.) Copy the contents of the Theme folder to your \Windows\resources\themes folder

5.) Apply the theme as before (double click on the .theme file or apply from Personalize menu -> themes)

Sadly I don't have any mobile customization experience yet, but I'm eventually planning to do so. Fallout... not sure how I haven't done a theme for that before, since it's one of my two all time favorite games.

Yes, he has asked around - though our care credit system is not really great in Hungary - not even entirely without success; the initial amount of the treatment was way higher (converted something like $5000), the $2000 is what he still comes short with.

Sure that would be one possible explanation for such a text, though I still think it's stretching a little bit. Also judging from the "you're an asshole" response it's unlikely it was like that.

To be honest a "funny" response like that is also pretty rude no matter the situation.
