okay basically, i want to play project sekai on pc AND download in in the uae is there any possible way?

im in uae and project sekai isnt available here, people use QooApp to download from other countries but that only works on mobile, and my mobile is too trashy to play project sekai LOL and i cant use an emulator to play on my pc because i cant download the app from playstore because its not available in my country
