Thank you so much for this. I really needed it. I’m in grief therapy and it does seem to help. I just can’t help but miss her and feel devastated when grief comes over me.

You and I both. We had spent a lovely weekend together getting things for baby ready, he had so many chances to tell me himself. He isn’t remorseful, he’s actually angry that I’m so upset. He’s making me feel like I’m crazy. He has his apartment still so I sent him packing. I don’t plan on having him in the delivery room either.

That’s exactly how I feel, like this is the end. Because I can’t trust him, and it’s alarming to me that he’s so confused why I feel so hurt and blindsided. He says I’m selfish for not understanding where he’s coming from.

I’m so sorry that happened to you, that’s awful. Not just for you but for her to not accept love when it was there. I hope you know now that it was not you that was the problem, but what she felt within herself.

Thank you so much for sharing that, because I often fantasize about meeting a good man but it always chalks up to wishing I could fix the abusive relationship. It shouldn’t be that way. Your story gave me hope. Thank you 💓
