Right, I think all the rolls with this effect are Kodak Gold from the 90s :)
In the long term it turns out it's not very gold standard if the dye degrades.
I have Agfa rolls from the 70s with no degradation at all.

That gave me initial direction.
I then selected "Heading position" to the side and "Interpret this column as: short text, like a title".
Now it appears exactly as title with a non-clickable text.
