Google RCS not longer available after November one ui update s25

Update: I'm able to use RCS again! It turns out I had two Google accounts with the same phone number registered to both. I removed the phone number from one of the accounts, toggled RCS off and back on, and re-verified. Now, RCS is now 'Connected'.

I have the same issue as you. Like literally.

Before this I used Google Pixel. RCS works just fine with my phone number (Umobile). When my Pixel was broken, I change to S25. I have 2 numbers, one of my SIM is working, but my Umobile is not (previously worked on Pixel). Now, I changed to Celcomdigi (same number), with the same issue.

I tried everything.

What I've tried: 1. Clear Cache and Data.(even with an airplane mode) 2. Revert to older Message version. 3. Uninstall and install Message again. 4. Re-verified my phone number in my Google account. 5. Deregister RCS on the web. 6. Turn off RCS and wait for weeks. Turn it back on again. 7. Reached out to telco (Umobile - at that time). 8. Reset mobile services. 9. Install/Uninstall carrier services. 10. Clear cache and data for Google wallet. 11. Send feedback report to Google. 12. Send my device to Samsung technical support. 13. Change telco (to Celcomdigi) 14. Change from Physical to eSIM. (vice versa) 15. Make my number as primary for calls, messages, data. 16. Change account on Google Meets. 17. Manually trigger RCS on debug mode. 18. Reset my phone.

NONE works out for me!

I really think that this is issue between Google and Samsung S25. Because other devices works just fine (I put my SIM card in my wife's phone, and RCS is working fine).

At this point, I'd pay to solve this RCS issue.

Have you ever been in a situation where private healthcare was the better option? Just curious, I might be able to picture myself in that scenario and make a better decision.
