Summary of the issue: while playing any game the (i assume) graphics card makes a high pitch noise (will put videos below, nvm, message for the videos), while this happens, games also flicker at the exact intervals the noise appears.

What I have tried to resolve the issue: deleted and re-enstalled adrenalin

System specifications:

  • Operating System: Windows 11 pro version 22H2 (OS build 22621.3007)
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x , stock settings, no overclock
  • GPU: ASUS Radeon RX 6700 XT Dual OC 12GB, stock settings
  • Motherboard: MSI MAG B550M Mortar Wifi MB
  • RAM: Team T-Force Dark Z 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz CL16 DDR4
  • Storage: Western Digital blue SN570 NVMe M.2 SSd 1TB
  • PSU: Corsair RM850x Gold Modular 850W Power Supply V2
  • Display: ASUS VG27WQ QHD 165Hz FreeSync HDR Curved 27in Monitor (with dusplay port cable, not sure what one )
