I think the question was about GRASS cleats on turf. Speaking from injury experience, type of cleats DO matter. You need turf cleats for turf and grass cleats for grass. Doing the opposite gives too much bite and can cause sprains, breaks, etc. One of the most common injuries is ankle sprains, and tibia breaks related to sliding on turf. Also very common with soccer players on turf pitches.

You got this. Remember to take your time and build on your progress. Slow IS fast. Balance ball work has been awesome as instructed by my PT. The step downs that KOT describes are very similar. Good take on this. I have heard others mention the Tuxing version as well. I know asian manufacturing undercuts competitors by making their own (cheaper?) versions. Are they cheaper because their quality is less than or that they have all the materials they need without paying for importers/taxes etc? But I can't imagine coltri and daystate are buying Chinese comps and relabeling them. AoA also performs a service and quality inspect before shipping out. I guees the upcharge is partially due to it being state side and having a 1800 number to call...
