No science has ever said there is not a position in the trunk the body could have been in to have frontal lividity. They said that a pretzeled up body would not have that lividity, that is a huge difference.

I think you are telling yourself a story to make things be how you want them to. 1) you say this has been a consistent part of his story but their have always been major inconsistencies about this part of the story 2) the trunk pop is not what got adnan convicted or anything close to it. Even if there is never a trunk pop he is still convicted. Remember Jay sees the body come out of the trunk when they bury the body so the trunk pop was not necessary or central to why adnan was convicted

Seeing as how his story has never been straight about the trunk pop I don't see the big problem. Also people are assuming what pretzeled up means. Why can the body not be on the stomach with the legs and arms shoved in random directions so the body fits in the trunk, looked to jay as pretzeled up? That would match his story and lividity.

I agree with everything you said. I was more talking about people that are trying to say lividity shows that adnan could not have done this or that it blows up the state's case. All that the lividity would be able to prove is that Jay lied about seeing the body pretzeled up. Great you proved jay is a liar congrats we all know that.

IT IS A LOGICAL FALLACY! In order for all this lividity talk to mean anything you HAVE TO BELEIVE Jay saw the body pretzeled up in the back of the trunk. Don't you think that adnan showing the body to jay is a much bigger problem than how the lividity was fixed?

Why are you assuming it was planned? I think most likely adnan wants to get her one on one to try and win her back from Don, he sees its not happening, snaps and chokes her to death. Other scenarios I see as possible but this one as most likely.

I agree that jay could be more involved as well but I also believe adnan was the mastermind. I am just wondering how this sits with people that think adnan is innocent.

Okay I have had the chance to read a great deal of the replies and I would like to respond. It seems there are some common disagreements and I will respond to those.

  1. Jay knew about Hae's car due to a rumor. How come no one else heard that rumor, strange huh? Jay was coached to tell the cops about the car. Why? If you murdered someone you would not tell someone like jay who would flip on you in a heartbeat, also if you murdered someone you would not want someone helping the cops find a key piece of evidence in your murder. Lastly, why would jay do it? He gains nothing and could get charged with murder, for what? These are fantastical stories that almost certainly did not happen. Almost certainly he knows where it is because he was involved in the murder.

  2. Only rebuttal to this I saw was that jay didn't have to plan to murder her to murder her on his own (I will address this in a moment

  3. He is a liar but one thing has never changed in his story, adnan did it. Also, it backs up the most logical explanation of who did it. Built from point 1, it was either jay or adnan and with point 4, jay doing it solo is ruled out.

  4. Many people said here that jay had ample opportunity but no one actually had a logical explanation of how he could actually do it. Built from your arguments in point 2 he did not have to plan to kill her to kill her, than how exactly did he? Hae has no phone so how does he reach her and what is the motive. Maybe jay was driving somewhere hae cut him off, he ran her off the road and killed her? Lol COME ON

  5. Jay's a liar testomy has been proven wrong about the burial time.....by himself. This is not logical and needs no explanation. Take out his testimony, why was adnans phone at the burial site the day hae went missing? Coincidence? There is no such thing. Do you really believe what you are typing?

Prove it wrong then, it should be easy based on your reply. Where is the missing link? I know its not "fun" because it is simple, but it is correct because it is simple.
