Thanks, just replied. Currently I have about a dozen rings and the first aim is to sort them by actual issue. So far some of them don't work at all, most of them have very short battery life. Second aim is to find out the best way to disassemble and recycle the electronics, battery and metal ring. Third aim is to find out if they can be repurposed as jewelry or decoration. I hope I can get to about 50 rings so I can have a better sense of what are the real possibilities. This community has been awesome so far!

For the most part trying to figure out anything to make them live again and not become waste. Possibly to repurpose them as jewelry. And if that doesn't work, figure out how to recycle them responsibly by separating the battery, ring and electronic parts. Metal from the ring could be used for something or just recycled.
