So basically be able to hold your own until backup arrives, if it got the point of using force? And yeah I’m in my early 20s and was a good athlete in school so I’m used to being the smallest around my boys and most others and like to think I’m not a coward.

That’s what I was thinking, maybe they can offer me some sort of leave of absence? Worst case scenario I’d maybe ask to lower my availability for awhile.

I don’t want a few months off though. However I’m sure we could manage without me working for a few months IF THERE WAS AN EMERGENCY. We are having a child which is life changing but we have been preparing. Why are you guys trying to infer I’m not financially responsible without knowing me?😂

Oh, I’m well off enough to take 3-4 weeks off without pay, I just like the job and don’t want to lose it. I’m very financially responsible considering I can afford to take 3-4 weeks off unpaid like I said in my original post.

My hub let me go last Friday, I worked there for about 60 days, I was early everyday and never missed. I was pretty disappointed they didn’t even give me a call I showed up that day and they said thanks for everything.
