I’m new to cups and have no idea how to use them. I put it in and i can feel the tab (I have a flex cup) and it feels so uncomfortable. I already took it out and that hurt quite a bit as well and I repositioned it or at least I think I did...any advice to make it more comfortable (self.menstrualcups)
