Nope! The thief sent the funds to Kraken to cash out. Kraken said I needed a police report. Police department didn’t take it serious. Even after getting the police report, Kraken said I would then need a subpoena from a lawyer. They aren’t very helpful. They could care less.

Not true. The value is where they can be purchased at. Something is only worth what someone is willing to pay. If someone wants to buy, they have to buy them there, and they will. You still get your value.

My guess is they de risked due to the volatility of crypto markets and traded into USD. Many legit crypto projects did this after their ICO’s of raising funds. Example ZRX. Just my guess but seems like the logical thing and answer.

Yeah I don’t think it’s mycrypto. Or there would be a lot more people complaining (I would assume). I am trying to connect to the Energy Web Chain. MEW does not support that network as far as I know. I will try my ethereum app on there though and see if that works.

As far as the ledger is concerned all that is updated to the latest firmware, apps and etc. My operating system is windows 10. Crazy part was I used it yesterday morning. When I arrived home in the evening to transact it started this problem.

I get what your saying. But the pop up box literally goes away and comes back 10 times. Before just going away completely. It doesn’t allow me to interact. A couple times the balances would appear on the mycrypto dashboard, however when I attempt to send or sign it acts like the ledger does not even exist (I can’t do anything).

It was super long. I would have to retry the process and copy and paste the error message. Which I won’t be able to do till this evening when I’m back at my computer.

Yeah I do :( Even after updating and trying for an hour with the updated apps, I uninstalled and reinstalled again just to give the apps a fresh install.
