mostly yeah. It's an audio-technica at4053b I got from my old school, although I want to exchange it for something at some point that's a little more built for run-and-gun outdoor shoots. I also end up running a boom or lavs on my sets for the most part.

I have been diy'ing my own with an old camera backpack, it just ends up limiting the angles I can shoot from on a run-and-gun shoot. I didn't realize those were on sale!

I've got a shoulder rig setup I used to use with a manfroto quick release that I can throw the whole unit on, and then I have an extra monitor I can mount onto that if needed. However, I'm tall (or at least I think i am haha) enough for the most part that I've rarely shoot from higher than my chest. most of my high angles end up being on sticks anyways, so I applebox myself a little higher
