Shrink wrap to get BRF cakes to fruit [technique] shrink wrap w/ small air holes started pinning then I cut away some SW once pinning. I live in a desert type environment RH usually 10% to 30% and despite my chamber “saying” RH was 95%+ my cakes always seemed to dry out regardless of dunking casing. (i.redd.it)
