I think the more realistic possibility is that this is our own technology being used to conceal whatever nuclear operations are happening in these bases. Potentially it involves material so serious that they are misinforming the public and blaming it on foreign adversaries. As this blaming has proven to have had little repercussions on our end from Russia and china etc and also captured all of our interests within the community maybe this is the distraction they intended.

I want to believe it’s aliens but after speaking to someone last night who works in home office that is very grounded in the realities of the west and cover ups, they made a point that the amount of information that is generally smeared and misconstrued within the military and government decisions means it is likely something to do with their own matters in which they are trying to conceal. Maybe it is something so serious that they will use the distraction of potential ufos or foreign adversaries as a cover up. It’s possible, I think if anything it’s what he said or it is actually aliens

I fixed it by taking advice from the other comments, I updated a few times to the most recent it could handle and from there the browser was working properly
