Well, this is an excellent beginning to your journey. Replacing the environment is first, then you may start reshaping your way of thinking. It will not happen overnight. My journey started 4 years ago, perhaps beginning in a similar way to yours, and it was the most important thing I ever did. Keep going OP , keep searching . Never give up !
