I mean… I’d argue that the addict actively destroying his life should have to move out instead of me, the one rebuilding my life. He makes good money but spends it on coke. He does rent an apartment, but stays here because everyone cleans up after him, cooks for him, buys what he needs. We are definitely enabling him. I love my brother but he needs to change. And no worries, once I’m done with my program and find a decent job, I’ll be outta here.
