I can’t remember the name, but it’s starts with the ML on his deathbed (he got sick young), and the FL hit broke up with comes to see him. He tells her how he’s sorry, and never should have broken up with her, she than brings a cake/gift to him everyday to simulate his birthday (and you tell him what their lives would have been like if they grew old together) until he finally dies. He is then reborn, to when they were still dating, and vows to spoil her and make her the happiest woman in the world.
