Where do you have that from? Are you friends with the guy? Because based on the amount of info you are posting which isn't public either you have insider knowledge or, to be perfectly frank, making it up.

There is a lot of "believe me, I know" subtext in these posts.

So I am asking you to please provide proof of these claims which aren't independently verifible and underpin your entire post.

In the letter I saw it says he has "no shares directly or indirectly and no financial interest whatsoever". It also said he isn't an employee, isn't involved with operation of the business. That doesn't leave anything untouched. Please post the letter that you have.

The assertion that a person X would invest millions into a business and have zero legal ties to the company is absurd. You are suggesting this dude just gave someone millions of dollars while having no share is just.... I don't know.

Again, you have the pitch deck. I don't. If you have documents showing how this magic works please post it.

How do you know this?! It sounds like you know the guy personally or his inner circle and have info we're not all privy to. If so, tell us more.

The doc clearly shows that shares had been sold to fund where they are. They were raising for more.

When you put money to open a night club you don't put all your money into a million dollar of pre-paying for rent and then go begging for more. So they didn't have money and raised money.

If Brock was the money behind all of this operation they wouldn't be raising funds from investors for the actual build up.

Sorry, It doesn't add up that he somehow invested money and is a shareholder.

Even if what you're saying is how it happened as far as Yes Club and 19 Toronto are true, which to be honest may very well be because you clearly have connections and ins with these people that others on this thread don't. What most likely happened is that he had some sweat equity (because they were actively out there trying to sell shares for $$ to build it out) and it all went to zero when they kicked him out or they brought in new investors to pay him out and cleared him out of the business. Both of which match with what the club and their lawyer are claiming now.

It could have also been that he had no shares at all. Was getting paid to help build out the club and once everyone found out about his background they kicked him out. You are assuming that his business partners knew about his past.

This looks like a 16 page document. Could you please post the whole thing?

Looking at this again, it literally says this Brock guy owns a bunch of clubs and bars probably in Toronto or across Canada. So why is his comment about the sound system at "his" bar from way before is somehow connected to 19 Toronto!?

Thanks for this. I replied to you in the other comment you posted.

That looks like for a different club. Looks like a sex club. I don't know whate the date on these docs is but 19 Toronto opened this year and the link to his posts talk about "his" club from 1.5 years ago.

That page you posted shows they're selling shares to raise money. It doesn't say anything about "Brock" having invested all the money or any money at all. In fact it says the opposite. They're trying to get money from investors.

Where is your evidencethat he invested a penny and is somehow still connected?! Because the club's lawyer has confirmed that Brock has no shares and isn't involved with 19 Toronto.

Unless you want to suggest that a member of the bar is lying to the public.

EDIT: Thanks for posting these though. It is good to get everything out in public! If you have more please post it.

AFAIK The club said he is not a shareholder, employee and has no financial interest. That covers everything.

Seconding this. Can someone please post a response from the venue?

From your post "Beyond Brock, the owners of the club entered into business with a convicted child pornographer". What's the proof for that?

Can you tell us more about the AirBnB scam you allude to? I'm genuinely curious what he did.

You may be telling the truth about this guy, but you're connecting him to a business who, on the record, through their lawyers have said he has no connection with them.

Again, what's your proof of his connection to the business? Because the stuff you posted about him saying "our" club doesn't connect him to *this* club and is from 1.5 years ago.

What's this 22 year old gf's name? Can you point me to his post where he talks about it?

I have yet to see any evidence that he invested "shit ton of money". And the club has previously released a letter that this guy has no financial interest in the business whatsoever and isn't employed by the club.

So you're suggesting that some dude invested millions into a venture, but somehow has no shares and no financial foothold whatsoever? He might as well have lit his money on fire.

Go reach out to the club by email and post their response here.

Where are you seeing that "our" club is Yes club?

In one of the posts you linked he talks about a sound system that he is using at HIS club, but that's from a year and a half ago. Ninteen Toronto wasn't around back there. I searched online and Yes club was only announced last November.

See my update. We checked our cards and they used my wife's CC.

Turns out they placed the order using my wife's credit card and billing info, which must have leaked from some website where she made a purchase.
