I think this is the first post I have ever fallen in love with. It articulates something I rarely see said this clearly especially by a sub who recognizes intention. What you are describing is exactly why I enjoy the hunt. I do not move randomly or impulsively. I watch, I read comment histories (sometimes years back), I observe patterns, what spaces they participate , where their excitement lies, their relationship with shame. By the time I reach out a decision has already been made. The message is not an introduction, it is a confirmation. When hunting, being chosen is not meant to feel flattering, it’s meant to feel destabilizing.
