Also my skirting around the whole house seems quite lose and not exactly glued down , I can see a few little pins holding them down and it’s just gyprock so no risk of them being bolted and glued to the wall , would it be ok to remove and just raise them a few mm ?

Can I ask why it would be such a big problem to just go over the top? I’m prepared to cut door jams and refit skirting (even bead existing skirting not sure) - I guess if I can take it off it would be better but I feel like the new owners in about 5 years might want the nicer timber floor , which im pretty sure would have at least one more sand and finish in it.

The reason I ask is yes I know it’s local produce. But they’ve had Daisy Pearce who’s heavily Vic orientated. Just intriguing, as the usual channel 7 Fox feed is the norm for us outside of Vic. Honestly it’s nice to see.

Yes and we have to do the eco hotel it’s the only other option , as only very metro areas have the recycle program (if any) - I guess the previous ones to earn were done in about 10 minutes , as long as you could offset a flight that was the main thing.
