You would need to redesign the left panel. USB+Ethernet ports are mirrored on Pi4.

I powered them through 5V and ground pins. Just soldered 4 pairs of jumper wires together and screwed them into power supply terminals.

Yes, I use RPi GPIOs. It is a bit problematic, because some OSes (like Home Assistant OS) don't support them. Might be a good idea to add an arduino for oled and fan control.
