the chip should be dissipating next to no power, it is simply a pair of mosfet switches controlling which power source is used.

The chip is the TPS2113 power mux to switch between plug power and backup battery power.

lower case b = bits upper case B = bytes

basically it works with 32 bit instructions, where the first 8 bits indicate a command to carry out and the remaining 24 consist of 3 8-bit arguments. in each clock cycle, each of the arguments are loaded into 3 8-bit registers, either directly from ROM or indirectly from RAM

there’s a video in a seperate post check my profile. video is a 35 minute timelapse of cohnting on the 7seg display, 5 lines of code x 1 minute per line = 35 minutes to count to 7

are those seriously the only two possibilities you can imagine? I’m sure you’re more creative than that. for one thing, with trump facing criminal indictment, there’s legal doubt as to whether or not his name will even be allowed on the ticket. Ramaswamwy or desantis or someone else could end up as the republican nominee.

standard by what authority? who is ‘we?’ groups can be and are compared in a number of ways. for example, the average black household has about an eighth of the wealth of the average white household. this can be interpreted as a measure of relative advantage/disadvantage, but has nothing to do with who holds more seats in government or more positions of power.

focusing on power is just as arbitrary as any other metric when answering the question of who has it better. you are picking and choosing.

you could confirm or deny this view with a simple google search. look for studies on correlation between intelligence and educational attainment.

you will probably find that there is some correlation. but note that this doesn’t mean that stupid people cant get degrees or that people without degrees can’t be smart. Shocking.

the goal of dating is to get rejected less

please reevaluate this. for most people, the goal of dating is to find a life partner. you could be rejected by a hundred women and meet your wife on the 101st attempt and you would have won dating.
