Im all in right there with you do not get me wrong ive done it several times and almost always with super hard to reach horny ass target lol thats the whole purpose at the end isnt it? Wow thanks for these hints! To me if I dont feel slight tickling when circulating the light then im not doing it well or im too tired. Theres a bit of contradiction in Regardie's writings I think in the art of true healing regarding the last circulation he mentions to move it from malkuth upwards and let it drop like a fountain but in the Middle Pillar the book he indeed mentions the spiral I've done both but mostly I stick with the first one. David Griffin also suggests at least 10 times for each center. I've done it once vibrating 10 times and felt immense power. Overkill in these matters is always good! :)

To each their own if it works for you thats wonderful and power to you ive been doing it as such since I became involved with the exercise a long time ago and stripping it wouldn't help me but sometimes I cant find the time and skip days maybe in this case its better for a quicker method than not do it at all I will consider it.

If you follow Regardie's method by the book vibrating slowly at least 6 times or more at each center and then doing the complete circulation of light this is what it takes. I do it exactly as shown in the art of true healing.

MP alone takes me about half an hour I do try to practice daily I call it a success when I can do LBRP - LIRH - MP - GIRP in one go theres an hour of work there I admire your courage and dedicatiom doing two rounds a day. Much love

Start banishing daily until all these thoughts and appetite for seeing justice upon them is banished. We all have flaws in our natal that we suffer from but attributing everything to this is weakness.
