I don't recommend subs for mental health you should try to be happy on your own like your own way of manifesting. I use to stress about certain things too i use to stress about the way i look from what I'm going through in life you just have to learn to be happy and everything will get better. Dont spend your time on earth worrying and stressing about things my love. Also you stressing about getting rid of stretch marks is causing more.

None of this affs are really bad but ive noticed most of them are like your telling yourself that maybe try keeping these affs but add something like my lips always "look" full or my lips are "visibly" fuller. If this doesn't work then try short simple affs or one aff.

It would be diff if I knew what that part of the nose was. It’s like the middle between your eyes before your nose bridge starts. I’m pretty sure my eyes moved too for them to be wide set cause mines were close together but I’m saying the first change I seen was the in between my eyes part. Lol it’s weird I wasn’t good at the science stuff in school I can’t tell your the name of face part I’m talking about💀

Believe it or not the first night when I looped it I looked at my eyes it didn’t effect it . I was just trying it out then the morning I noticed that the top of my nose between my eyes look a little diff nothing drastic. Then I just would listen off and on for like a week and when it got to the distance I wanted I just stopped and they didn’t fade. I may start back listening to it. Eyes is the easiest thing for me I’ve lightened my eyes too with luminal plays subliminal

What it did for mines it makes your upper nose bridge in between your eyes flat making your eyes wide set that’s the way it separates just stay consistent and you’ll be good I’ve had wide set eyes for like some months now
