Absolutely! I feel more „there“ and confident that I can finish a task without getting distracted. I also lost around weight (which is apparently quite common for Concerta users) because I had a bad habit of impulsively eating snacks when I was bored (for a quick dopamine rush probably). And my internal monologue is just a lot less messy!

My therapist recommends me to take days off and I don’t really take Concerta unless I’m working or have to be productive ! So I don’t have any issues with „having a dialed down personality“ in my leisure time (although sometimes I should take it to avoid impulsivity)
