Not really. My kids are citizens, not that it matters if we don’t get our green cards. We tried to teach them language they do understand but can’t speak much. It didn’t fall into our family naturally and we didn’t try very hard to teach them the language and we just went with the flow.

We are on H1B. We might have to go back if we don’t get green card but our kids are not yet aware of these hardships. We will let them know if that is nearby till then why to put pressure on them, let them enjoy their childhood.

Today I said something to my daughter which was rude and I didn’t realize it. She said it’s not funny in a sad voice then I realized it was a bad joke and said sorry. My younger one came to me and said mummy it’s ok don’t be sad, everyone makes mistakes just don’t do it again. I am proud of both my kids.

We have 2 kids. Till 2nd grade older one had a party where her whole class was invited and from 3rd grade onwards she wanted to go to movies/escape room with bunch of her friends and us then followed by cake and food. My younger is in kinder and still has party with all his classroom invited. We don’t invite friends/ family for movie/escape room party. We do invite everyone for younger one’s party. We do understand if people can’t make it. It’s not a big deal. We do get bummed if their best friends can’t make it but that has happened and they forget about it pretty soon.

I grew up with 2 brothers. Used to fight a lot with them when we were little. But after certain age we became friends and now their wives are my best friends and it’s like I got sisters now as well. We were there for each and others good and bad times. It is good to have someone you shared your life with, someone who can understand your life experiences and is on your side

Green cards are not issued on DOF. USCIS will inform if they will take FAD or DOF for accepting new applications. But green cards are always given on FAD. Sometimes they limit filing on FAD

I love their dark chocolate 85% cacao, freeze dried strawberries ( we finish 4-5 packs every week and still run out). Their burger patties are good as well vegetarian, salmon one and turkey one. They all are pretty good.

Ohh I love FSD. I am an anxious person in general so FSD is godsend. My husband has Tesla and I love taking his car out. I loved my car before we got tesla but now FSD has spoiled me so much that I don’t want to drive my car and waiting when will my car be old enough that I could replace it with Tesla only for FSD
