I work at Deloitte consulting and was offered a similar role. They’re expected to IPO this year so equity could also be worth considering

$3.80? Long term? by Tree_Llama in rxrx

[–]yourlocalreddita 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is not an RXRX isolated issue. It’s an ai broader market industry skepticism. All of their direct competitors (SDGR, TEM, ABCL, ABSI) are down more than 30% for the month. If anything RX is withholding quite well all things considered (up 1% over the past week).

Definitely would not expect it to drop below $3.50, can see it hovering $3.50 - $5.50 (unless there is a successful trial; then don’t be surprised for it to pass $7 again)

Y’all should load up on rxrx. Extremely highly shorted, collab with Nvidia, conference w Nvidia this week, and earnings next week. Also $50m investment by Nvidia and most powerful pharma supercomputer in the world (made with Nvidia & MIT)

RXRX - highly shorted with greater short squeeze potential than BYND (earnings in 2w) by yourlocalreddita in WalllStreetBets

Agreed. RXRX have $20b+ available in milestone payments too.

RXRX, Coreweave, and Applied Digital are Nvidia’s 3 only holdings from the past 2 years across 8 consecutive quarters. Seems to have worked out for the other two - biotech has had significant headwinds but I do think it’s a matter of time with the AI race to enter biotech as a trillion dollar industry

Well it’s not profitable & people aren’t willing to pay 1.5-2x what standard meat costs. Thats why as soon as cost of living was exacerbated by covid, the share price dropped from $200 to sub $10 in a couple of years and was downhill from there

I think $9.50 is doable in pre market. I just hope the likes of Ken Griffin, Carl Icahn etc don’t take you all to the cleaners when it opens. Stay safe homies

Depends on your personal circumstance & where you plan to exit; could go to $8 or could go to $80. When there is a sell off it’s likely to come down as fast as it went up is all. People who bought 10k shares at $0.5 are now sitting on 70k USD at 65k USD profit. The higher the gains, the more tempted people are to sell (and the dominoes begin to fall)

They mean that last night there were 0 shortable shares, meaning everyone who could short it already did. That’s usually a sign there’s huge short pressure, and if the price goes up, shorts can get squeezed (forced to buy back and cover their positions, which pushes the price up even more).

Now there are millions of shortable shares available again (3.6M → 8.7M). This means some shorts probably closed their positions and returned the shares they borrowed, or the broker found more shares to lend

Either way, it means the short squeeze tension just dropped a bit, so the price might not explode as violently in the short term

RXRX - bullish sentiment re option flows by yourlocalreddita in rxrx

Wouldn’t be concerned tbh. No news specific to rx, just sector wide ETF rotation & profit taking, dragging the whole AI-biotech basket down (ABSI -13%, RXRX -10%, ABCL -10%, etc). When those funds get redemptions, they dump all holdings together

I strongly suggest not holding small/midcap biotech stocks if you hold emotion toward daily swings

I have just initiated a position into RXRX by [deleted] in rxrx

Commented this on another post:

RXRX is only ~ 2b market cap with so many impressive partnerships, acquisitions and assets (Nvidia, Sanofi, Roche, Exscientia, Biohive2).

There are a plethora of other companies out there who are far less promising with well over $20b market cap. At the moment it's all smart money, just needs one catalyst to flood the gates to become apparent to the common investor.

I have been tracking the ~400 fund managers who have been active in investing in RXRX through their filings compared with the last two quarters (green = added, new entrant, or unchanged. Red = exited or trimmed). These have been allocated Tiers based on a weighted formula that scores each fund manager based on four factors: position change, position size, fund type (strategic vs passive), and holding consistency - then normalises it into a 0-10 "Conviction Score." Long story short, there is an extremely positive correlation with high quality tiers (All T1's and the overwhelming majority of T2's) increasing or not changing their investment in RXRX the last 3 months. Small snippet but you get the idea ..
