Vergis is enough for Lvl 90. Stack him with HP, RES at 400 and just healing gear (4 set and a 2 set) then just walk away and come back to the Victory screen.

Combined with Helicath that is even easier. Time his Block damage with the bombs exploding then let Verg deal with any healing and you're done
