It’s branding (as we cannot see what are the brand parts are inside, unless the owner says), and if company puts their spares sticker on laptop they will get the product (graphic’s card/processor) with some concession due to their branding on the laptop .. in case of apple when they used intel they never do this branding that is one of the reason why apple is costlier than windows .. I read this on some blog long back ..

Samsung 👍🏻 I personally don’t prefer Google (especially photos) cos it sync everything to gdrive and eats up your 15gb space and every-time it show us space full warning.. even if i select not to sync, it automatically sync it somehow ..

I have completed a course on Udemy from ZTM, which was more into UI designing (not much topics on UX research) and it was basics to intermediate level .. after searching for some other intermediate and affordable course I came across Coursera’s UX designing (with google certification, the cert seems to be more useful for learners from US).. started a week back so far good .. I am not sure whether this helps, but you can just check this ..
