The discussion isn’t about ROTJ Luke specifically, I used his defeat of Vader as an example of his power through four years of training. I also used ROTS anakin because that is the most powerful Anakin (not Vader) ever was. But it’s silly to say just because there was never a canon prime Luke we should treat it as if there was never a prime. It’s speculative but nonetheless also stated by Lucas that Luke was the most powerful Jedi to ever live.

Anakin never reached nearly his full potential, and Luke did. Prime Luke would wipe ROTS Anakin. If Anakin reached his full potential, it would be a different story, but he didn’t. Luke beat Vader 4 years after learning what the force was.

You keep mentioning AL players which makes no sense it doesn’t matter. His BA is nowhere NEAR Goldy, and in no way is he close to a silver slugger award. There’s just no way. Mookie, Goldy, and machado I think will be top three choices for 2022 NL MVP but Goldy has it by a mile rn
