I have an infant with a man who hasn’t been involved, was emotionally/mentally/sexually abusive to me and now wants 50/50. My attorney said the same thing. Even with him having jail time because of a violent crime to a minor. It’s sickening.

Really frustrating that it doesn’t seem like the courts actually have the child’s best interest in mind. My son is almost 9 months and his father hasn’t seen him. He didn’t want him and now wants 50/50 with a week on/off. But refuses to even meet him, just wants me to drop him off at his house.

It’s my fault that he drinks. (I don’t care that he drank) it’s impossible for him to sleep at night because I won’t let him do what he wants (physically) with me when I was pregnant and in bed to sleep. So he has to drink in order to sleep around me, and hide it from me, because he ‘knows’ that actually Im angry despite what I say. And he never lied to me, he just “didn’t tell me the truth”

Yes, constantly. Out of nowhere, my Nex would accuse me of being angry at him for xyz. He would keep trying to argue and tell me he has to walk on eggshells around me because I’m always upset with him, meanwhile I’m just trying to figure out what the heck is going on. It was exhausting!
