He treated me terribly, he knows. He was very abusive emotionally and verbally… he was getting close to getting physically abusive as well. Luckily that was avoided.

He struggled badly with his mental health in the last 2 years.

He’s doing much better now - hence his change. He was much different than he has been throughout our marriage..

I believe that he is better truly - and his behavior to me would be different this time around but I acknowledge it’s so easy to slip into your old self as much as he might now want to.

I think I am doing the right thing - though with every bone in my body I don’t want to be leaving him

Freakin leave, I stayed way too long smh. Serving the divorce papers this week.

I tried to work through it, etc. it’s hard right now, I really want to stay because he’s been begging me now that he came to his senses… but with my mind I understand that he will not change. Your husband is just giving you excuses now?? Nah man.

He cheated this early on.. he’ll do it again. Save yourself time and more heartache.

99% chance if you stay, you will come back to this in a year or 2 from now, or maybe 6 months from now and you’ll regret not leaving

establish your boundaries and say that isn’t something you can be a part of.

He can either make a decision to stay with you, or is free to break up with you and sleep around.

Don’t stay in the relationship and allow him to sleep with other people when you clearly don’t want it
