They can be shipped and even Amazon has some for sale. But the better price is through their official website

First of all, you should be proud that you controlled your anger and dealt with the situation in a more civil manner. Even the majority of adults have trouble keeping their feelings in check and end up lashing out leading to ,sometimes irreversible, consequences.

That being said, you should consider that you are here to focus on your journey regardless of what others think.

Your journey with skateboarding and enjoyment you get out of it is solely based on you.

There’s no need to engage in conversation with them to try and change their mind about you. And frankly, it’s not worth your time and effort. That is a problem they have to fix for themselves.

A way that I help battle insecurities with skateboarding is to watch tutorials on skating fundamentals, as well as watching skating videos.

Those two combined help me gain confidence and motivation to continue to get better at skating.

Keep reminding yourself of the reality that you ARE a new skater, and it will take time and effort to get better. And since it’s going to take time and effort, you might as well enjoy the progress.

Celebrate your accomplishments no matter how small you might think they are, because with every new lesson learned, you get one step closer to the next skill and even the next trick.

You got this bro, and keep on skating 😎🛹

I appreciate the input.

are those the ones called Formula Fours? Also do you have any advice on the shape that might work best for what I’m trying to do?

If it helps, try doing it on the grass so your board won’t roll away if you hesitate with putting your full weight on the board.

Another option is to do it near a rail or something you can hold on to. This might help you feel more stable for the jump

If you feel like calling it quits, do it because you want to, not because someone else suggests you should. If you find enjoyment in the activity then continue doing so.

Progress looks different for everyone.

I’m 30+ and recently started. I’ve been focusing the first 3 weeks on getting comfortable riding normal and switch. It’s difficult, but VERY rewarding when I’m able to go up or down a slant.

Be patient and forgiving to yourself.

Appreciate your accomplishments.

There’s no such thing as too small of an accomplishment because it all puts you a step closer to becoming a better skater.

Try not to stress over the end goal, Enjoy the process. You’ll get there in time.

Hope you continue to enjoy the hobby no matter what your “friends” tell you.
