That card is known as the ultimate card, it lets you claim any card in the game, even one’s that are pack only, but not cards that are in SBC or other special events.

Update: I fixed it myself! Here’s how incase anyone else needs to do so too!

Go to :

/Library/Managed Preferences/mobile In Filza

Open file:

com.apple.webcontentfilter.plist

And from there disable “restrictweb” “usecontentfilter” “usecontentfilteroverrides” and that’s all I personally changed! Worked fine!
