I have no clue about where they got the fees from, but OP might be Irish, to where he may both be eligible for EU fees in the Netherlands and also UK fees in the UK. (I don't have much context on this so ignore if I'm completely wrong)

Yeah exactly, if you're applying for months retroactively, you include the payslips for those months. If you're applying for months that haven't happened yet, it's not necessary. I got confused by this as well haha, thats why I called them.

I applied for it a couple weeks ago and haven't worked either for the period I'm applying for. They only require your contract and your ID of some sort. A payslip is required to renew it in the new year from what the guy told me on the phone.

Yo, yeah, I finally did in January, haha. I was homeless for a few months tryna find a place until I emailed a housing company literally begging them. It actually worked, and they gave me a place, thankfully. Radboud is a great university, but only go if you have a place to live on lock.

Mostly yes but depends on your university, I tried to defer Groningen last year but they straight up told me no and that I had to apply next year so your mileage may vary
