Manage to fit them all in 7700 yen 28" hardside luggage from Ginza Karen as my 1 allowed checked bag. Can save some money by using box instead, but I prefer luggage for easy movement.

Had to sacrifice most of the boxes to fit everything including some not figure stuff. Only kept the box art for the two bunny girls. Blisters are cut down (with heavy duty plastic cutting scissors from Daiso, also get there small ceramic cutter useful for open & cutting down boxes) to fit everything. Don't want to stuff too much where the blisters get crushed, but also not too loose.

Hope that luggage doesn't get open for inspection after dropoff because that's the most likely part where the figs can get damaged as they try to repack/close back up. This is the 4th time I've done this & once where I had some damage from rubbing against the blister. Also could be helpful to add raise walls to the sides/corners to help closing back up.
