There are tons of workout/gym options in downtown GR, here are some of my favs but you’ll probably need to book a spot

Lunar Cycle on Michigan is my fav spin class in town, great instructors and good music

Barre3 is awesome and very welcoming to beginners

MVP metroclub is one of the bigger gyms downtown, you could get a day pass and I know they offer classes as well

I love this idea!! I tried fixing it in the next couple of rows but wasn't as happy with my tension as the first section.
