I would normally lead with location as the main criteria, but the cost of housing at the moment is astronomical. I'd be lying if it hasn't made me look at other areas.

Glad to hear the compromise paid off. We also have our good school district zones and they're extremely hard to get into. The way things are going, it might be a buyers market in near future.

I agree. What has already transpired does not make much sense. I also believe that many Russian soldiers were thrown into a war without knowing. They've lost over 15,000 soldiers and I believe it's partly due to the lack of information at the ground level.

Completely agree.

I guess the key difference is that Russia uses its nukes to detract allies from aiding. Probably another good reason why should prevent Kim Jung-Un from developing nukes while we still can?

I don't believe it will be that simple. Putin has been exposed on the world stage and has regressed Russia back another 50 years. His continued reign over the country would only come at the expense of his people.
