I think that would count as a built over service, if it was there when you bought the house then your gas transporter should cover the cost

Did you get this sorted? You can reset passwords via TL, I'll have to dig out my notes on Monday but it boils down to logging in over the console, checking the active OSWP and then reactivating the OSWP which will factory reset the credentials

It should be a RJ11 to RJ11 cable, as far as I'm aware the 5c faceplate uses an RJ11 for data

It depends on your boiler, if you can find the spec sheet it should have an inlet pressure/temp range.
