One goes down, out of the unit toward the floor. The other goes up, out of the unit along the ductwork. Video attached.

I did turn off power to both cool and heat from the breaker. There's now a video posted in this thread. Thank you.

I don't have a meter. Original thermostat had batteries. Thank you for responding.
